Representative Millett objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 9 Second Reading Amendment No. 1 YEAS: 15 NAYS: 24 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cissna, Doogan, Edgmon, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Herron, Holmes, Kawasaki, Kerttula, Miller, Munoz, Petersen, Tuck Nays: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Dick, Fairclough, Feige, Foster, Gatto, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Keller, Lynn, Millett, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Thompson, P.Wilson, T.Wilson 2011-04-08 House Journal Page 0850 Excused: Hawker Costello changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Lynn changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, Amendment No. 1 was not adopted. The question being: "Shall HCR 9 pass the House?"
